SUMMARY

The function of this position is to pursue and acquire new customers.  Maintain current customers and address customer product and pricing concerns.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Sales calls on potential new accounts
  • Maintain regular communication and service existing accounts.
  • Responsible for maintaining customer relations with accounts and addressing customer concerns effectively.
  • Communicate with manager regarding changes in marketplace i.e. pricing and product
  • Keep customers informed on product changes and/or new product offerings.
  • Work with customers at trade shows and dealer promotions.
  • Communicate with manager potential sales and marketing strategies.
  • Inspect and report on warranty claims.
  • Develop new sales territory to drive profitability of the branch location

    QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:


  • The ideal candidate will possess a university degree or college diploma backed by several years of relevant experience within sales or sales management focusing on small and medium-sized businesses
  • Must have a valid class “G” Drivers License and able to travel as required
